In the past 17 years, Horacio LeDon has been involved in over $4 Billion in luxury development sales in the New York, Los Angeles, and Miami markets. Currently licensed in all three and recognized nationally, his portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the US: The Related Companies’ Superior Ink, The Harrison and The Century, all designed by Robert AM Stern as well as starchitect Rem Koolhaas’s Park Grove development and Norman Foster’s Faena House on Miami Beach.
As President of Douglas Elliman’s New Development units in California and Florida, he was responsible for growing the business from $500 Million to more than $4 Billion. While overseeing the group, he brought in Greenland Group’s Metropolis project, the largest mixed use development on the West Coast.
Prior to that, he spent 6 years at The Related Companies, the NY based real estate giant headed by Stephen Ross.
Horacio brings an analytical and informed approach to every deal that is the exception rather than the rule among real estate professionals.
