I was born and raised right here in sunny Los Angeles and am grateful for all the outdoor activities available to us. Particularly, in my spare time, I love hiking, biking by the beach, and playing basketball with friends and family. Coming from a family with heavy roots in real estate and property development, I always knew where my skill-set and passion lay. I was following my dad at an early age, when I wasn't in school, as he went property searching. I was fascinated by all the different type of houses and how each person found a home that was a perfect match for them. I found myself looking through new real estate brochures regularly throughout high school and continued to learn from and collaborate with my father.
After receiving my BS in Business Management and Real Estate Development from the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at CSUN, I pursued my first individual business venture outside of real estate by founding and directing a tutoring company in Los Angeles. This pursuit stemmed from the perceived need for increased one-on-one help for many academically struggling youth throughout the community, particularly in low-income areas. This allowed me to have an impact on the future of many children and develop important contacts among schools, the educational board, and countless families spread across all of Los Angeles.
For the past five years, in addition to managing my tutoring company, I expanded and applied my early real estate acumen to assist in developing numerous luxurious homes throughout Southern California. This opportunity further enhanced my ability to form strong relationships with clients and find them that perfect home. I pride myself on the market insight I gleaned from an early age and on the comprehensive research I put into finding the best house for my clients. Having been told countless times as a child that "a dollar saved is a dollar earned," I also do everything I can in negotiating on behalf of my clients in order to get them the absolute best deal possible.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Valley View, Henderson, NV 89015
My husband called Eliot today to ask about the Condo on Cabrilo Circle. Eliot was very rude and disrespectful! He seemed to have very little knowledge and then in a very rude way said ,”It’s gone!” When asked if he had anything else, he very abruptly said “No!” Just saying that the unit was rented in a polite way would have been sufficient. I Would like to know what realty company he actually works for!
