Dana Cataldi
I am a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. After producing large industry events such as the Country Music Awards and Grammy Awards and working and living on the East Coast, I transitioned to Los Angeles and a career in real estate.
Because I work and live in Los Angeles with a family of six (four fabulous children and my husband, Don), I have become extremely knowledgeable about private and public schools, the non-profit and social aspects of the city and its various communities and neighborhoods.
Outside of work, I am an active member in my community, most notably, One Voice, a non-profit organization helping families living at poverty level in LA.
My passion for real estate keeps me always looking for ways to help my clients achieve their goals. I specialize in single family homes and condominiums, working with buyers and sellers throughout the entire Westside of Los Angeles
Testimonials
Thanks to the quick efforts of Dana and Jared we found a beautiful place within days. Both of them were responsive to our needs and helped make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They work tirelessly at ensuring that we were able to look at a multitude of properties within a relatively short time frame.
Dana is professional, warm-hearted, and genuinely cares about her clients. As first-time home buyers, we weren’t sure where to start and how to prepare ourselves to buy a home. Dana was with us every step of the way, offering us great referrals and constant guidance and reassurance.
Dana came highly recommended to me by a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with her. As first-time home buyers, we had a very specific set of requirements for our family of four. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we saw all the relevant properties on the market, often before they hit the public listings, and was exceedingly patient.
Dana made finding a new home an easy, positive experience. She provided several options for us to review and quickly set up tours for the units we were interested in. She was always available, helped guide us through the process from start to finish, and was energetic and enthusiastic. She is absolutely an expert in her field and we are happy to have found her.
Dana Cataldi handled our sale with grace and energy. It was done before we knew it and the sale was easier than we could have possibly imagined.
Working with Dana and her team in the sale of our home was a very positive experience. They were excellent in facilitating the sale of our home in difficult economic times. They were also able to find a buyer that truly wanted to make it their next home for many years. The overall selling experience from the preparation of the home to the closing of the sale was thoughtful, professional and caring.
Dana found the perfect house for me and my family. She was an excellent listener. She understood my priorities and was very devoted. She responded to all of my calls and endless questions with patience and humor. She knows a great deal about what she does and about today's market so I trusted her judgment completely. Dana was a pleasure to be with - never pushy, gave me space, but was there with advice if I needed it. I would use her again and again, but I never plan to move!
We found out the hard way that a broker can help or hurt you when trying to sell your home. After two tries with other brokers, we chose Dana. In the highly competitive world of selling homes, it’s important to find a broker who is going to go beyond the call of duty to sell your home. We were pleased with Dana’s creativity as it relates to getting buyers to see our home. Her follow-up was stellar; having our home fall out of escrow wasn’t an option.
What immediately comes to mind when thinking about our home-buying process is that I am so glad we had Dana! We had a grueling process that dragged out for 6 months. Dana explained everything we signed, every step, and answered every question we had. She never gave up and never stopped pushing our bank to move things forward. I would highly recommend Dana to anyone, and if we ever buy another house, I would turn to Dana again for her experience, expertise, positive attitude, and caring nature.
My wife and I met Dana at one of her open houses and were immediately drawn to her openness and knowledge of the market. She helped narrow our search, honing in on exactly what we wanted. Within a few weeks we had an accepted offer on a condo that met all our needs. As first time home buyers, Dana did an amazing job holding our hands through the process and opened up her portfolio of resources when our financing became challenging. We recommend Dana, and will definitely work with her again.
Dana was our Realtor for our house rental. Thanks to her professionalism, prompt organization and great attitude, the house was rented within a week -- and for more than our original asking price. Dana was kind enough to extended her help by checking in with us and our tenant on a regular basis. We feel grateful and can't thank Dana enough for all her help.
As we tell our house-buying story to our friends and family, we always start with the luck that we had in meeting Dana Cataldi at another open house. We had been visiting open houses for over a year in a very specific area, but it wasn't until meeting Dana that the process began. Dana is exactly what one needs in a real estate agent: knowledgeable, patient and connected!
As a family of five with three children under the age of four, we had specific requests that Dana understood perfectly and even offered many great ideas about what would be best for our family. Dana herself has four children and I felt extremely comfortable with her and often asked her advice about how the various homes we looked at would work with three young children.
Dana is the most dedicated, attentive agent we could have asked for. We were looking for a very specific type of house within a very narrow price range - she regularly found perfect listings that fit our criteria, and always gave us her honest and informed opinion on what would be the best fit for our needs. She was side-by-side with us every step of the way, even beyond our move-in date. We are so lucky to have found her!
