Perhaps I'm slow or maybe it truly takes an extended period of time to fully grasp the complexities of a job requiring a deft touch in the categories of negotiation, strategy and as an ambassador for any client I have the pleasure to serve. To date, I've negotiated 100's of millions of dollars of transactions as well as supervised 10's of Billions of dollars of transactions as a Broker, owner and manager of hundreds of fine and talented individuals. I am a founding partner and President of Partners Trust and my clear intention is to create a company that defies "commonplace" and strives to raise the bar of professionalism at every touch point of a real estate transaction. I proudly serve as Chair of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors. I have been honored to receive two prestigious awards during my real estate tenure: Realtor of the Year in 2012 and The William May Garland award in 2013 as acknowledgement to years of service in our industry. I am on the Board of LA Family Housing and the proud father of 2 children, Annie and Ted. Santa Monica is home where I can rejuvenate to the sound of crashing waves and exquisite natural beauty. Or you can put a golf club in my hand and transport me to the glory of a game that will beguile me to my dying day.

I'm passionate about real estate. I have lived and worked in Los Angeles for my entire real estate career and consider myself fortunate that many of my clients have become close friends. After 25 years of service and over $1 billion in real estate sales, I collaborated with four talented associates and founded Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage and Acquisitions in 2009. In just five years, Partners Trust has sold over US $5 billion in real estate with 200 associates in seven offices. One of the key elements to the immediate success of Partners Trust is the company's ability to network directly with the best realtors in their markets. I am a proud co-founder and President of Leverage Global Partners, which aligns the most prestigious independent real estate brokerage firms from around the world. I credit my long-term success to my local expertise and strong community connections. I introduce my clients to both a home that fits their needs, and a neighborhood and community lifestyle that matches their interests. As an expert in new construction and advisor to my clients in everything from home staging to color palettes and landscaping, I have successfully represented over US $1 billion in transactions. I live in Brentwood on LA's Westside with Tracy, my wife of 26 years. I am enormously proud of our sons, Evan and Brandon. I enjoy travel, fitness, good wine and live music. I am an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations, including LA Family Housing and Concern Foundation for cancer research. I am proud to be a member of the Executive Committee of USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate.

Imagine growing up in Binghamton, NY. After graduating from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, I moved to NYC and lived there until 1984 when my wife Elizabeth and I moved to Los Angeles. The point is simple: I spent 25 years either freezing, wet or sweating! I have an acute appreciation for living in Los Angeles, especially in Santa Monica, so close to the ocean. My clients share in my deep knowledge of the subtleties of the west side communities. The neighborhoods, architecture, schools, beaches, trails and commerce. And, of course, the real estate market. I maintain an up-to-the-minute accurate handle of the inventory, values and trends of the various micro-markets of the west side. Finally, I take great pride in my communication skills and habits, and my technology and systems. My clients receive the very highest and most effective level of service available anywhere in Los Angeles real estate. Each and every one of my clients is critically important to me and benefits from my 24/7 tenacity and attention to detail. I continue to sweat every day but now it's from running, swimming, hiking, biking or something fun you can do every day in LA!

Since 1990 I have successfully negotiated the purchase, sale, financing and development of real estate transactions totaling over $2.5 billion. My 25 years in the real estate industry encompass a broader range of experience than virtually any other broker in the area. I have attracted clients with my holistic approach to buying and selling homes, and my work consistently reflects my belief that a home influences every aspect of your life – who you meet, what you do on the weekends, where you work, where your kids go to school; every relationship you develop throughout your lifetime is influenced tremendously by where you live. For this reason, I’m satisfied when I find the best home to fit my clients’ personalities, values, and lifestyles. In addition to being an agent, I develop homes in some of the most prominent neighborhoods in Southern California. My custom built homes continue to set the high water mark for sales in Brentwood Park and the Pacific Palisades. Currently, my wife of 5 years, Lauren, and I live in Pacific Palisades with our two labs, Maggie and Jack, and our two-year-old daughter, McKay. We really take pleasure in mingling with our friends and neighbors at the local farmers market on Sunday’s, followed by brunch at Mayberry’s and let’s not forget the ever so essential pit-stop by Baskin Robbins 31 flavors for a healthy dose of Classic Chocolate, Coffee Delight or whatever else the heart desires! Recently we purchased a home in Pacific Palisades, which for me epitomizes a sense of family and community. I consider it to be one of the best kept secrets in Los Angeles and I am fortunate to be starting our family in a beautiful home there. When I am not working, I enjoy golfing, skiing, and family walks with Lauren, McKay, Maggie, and Jack; although like many dog owners, it’s not clear to me who actually walks who! Lauren and I really enjoy traveling as well. One of our many favorite places in California to visit is Ojai Valley Inn where we held our wedding ceremony. It’s such a serene, relaxing place in an intimate setting with a breathtaking backdrop of the Topa Topa Mountains. A perfect location to unwind and rejuvenate; and as we all know, “Location, Location, Location” is everything. It is my life experience as a family man and my work as an agent and developer that has given me a first-hand perspective of the tremendous pressure and emotions involved in buying or selling a home. These attributes have driven me to develop long-term partnerships and friendships with my home-owner clients.

One aspect of my job that I deeply enjoy is collaborating. We have so much talent here! Another part of the job that I love is planning for our company’s outreach, so that we can help even more people. I oversee the daily operations of our company. I felt honored to be named Chief Operating Officer of Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage and Acquisitions in 2009. Now, I am responsible for evaluating, reviewing, recommending and implementing systems, software, and equipment. I began my career in the export/import industry managing multiple worldwide companies, and then the banking industry, along with a Fortune 500 consumer product company. In 1991, I transitioned into real estate services, and I’ve never looked back. When I’m not at the office, I’m usually enjoying time with my husband and four children. Also, I’m a big believer in the valuable work of community organizations, such as Lions Club. That’s why I’m a charter member of the El Segundo Lions Club International.

Ben was raised in La Cañada Flintridge and attended La Cañada High School (class of 1987) before attending UCLA where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology & Business in 1992. He has been married to his wife Cristina since 2008 and has two wonderful daughters, Victoria and Alexandra. His family resides in La Cañada Flintridge.

I believe in clients for "life" and strive to see that each and every one of my clients get 110 percent top notch service. It is important that my clients are treated as I would my own family in every transaction. My "no quit" attitude has resulted in a very successful real estate career. I am also a notary public and a member of the Pasadena/Altadena Kiwanis club and volunteer for meals and wheels.

In a changing marketplace, experience counts. Since 1977, I have marketed and sold properties, through up markets and down, through buyers’ markets and sellers’, through expansion and recession. I’ve seen it all. My experience in local markets is extensive. Los Angeles has many suburban areas within the City of Los Angeles. Areas from Malibu to Hermosa Beach, locals west of the 405 Freeway, areas east of the 405 to Downtown Los Angeles, and the upscale locals of the San Fernando Valley. Each specific area has its own rhythm and culture and to know the nuances of these locals is critical to serving my clientele. I am here to serve my client. There is no perfect market. The important thing is to be able to work with each client to understand what they need and how they can get it given the current economic conditions. For me, that means following market trends, knowing financing options, negotiating strategically on my clients’ behalf, to know the market, both active properties for sale and quiet (pocket listings) properties on the market for sale in the area my clients wishes to market the sale of their property or to make their home. I continue to expand my knowledge and skills to assist my clients in whatever their needs require. As a Licensed Broker in the State of California since 1980, I also have 16 years of experience in mortgage brokerage. While serving as branch manager for major real estate companies, I have guided agents toward successful transactions and have consistently achieved award-winning top producer status for my dynamic sales. I am a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, 2014 President-Elect of the CLAW Multiple Listing Service for all properties activity on the market for sale, the Past-Treasurer for BHGLAAR for 2012, a Director at CARETS, the regional MLS, Presiding Officer on Arbitration and Ethics hearings for the Professional Standards Committee of the BHGLAAR, a past member on the Grievance committee for the Professional Standards of BHGLAAR, a past member on the BHGLAAR Budget and Finance Committee, and an appointed Director to the California Association of Realtors since 2010 to 2014. As Founding Partner and Manager of the Malibu office of Partners Trust— a brokerage that topped $2.5 billion in sales in 2016 alone, Sarah Kosasky demonstrates poise, expert knowledge, and a penchant for collaboration to all who perform under her leadership. Her vast strategic marketing background, coupled with her tenacious spirit, is instrumental in the continued growth and market position the Malibu office has achieved. Named 2015 Realtor of the Year by the Malibu Association of Realtors, Sarah is not only a leading force in Malibu real estate but continues to recruit elite talent, many of which are now top-performing associates in Partners Trust and Los Angeles. After graduating from The University of California at Davis, Sarah returned to Los Angeles to begin a career in advertising where she worked to develop successful campaigns for numerous Fortune 500 companies. In 2006, Sarah was hired by a privately owned real estate company as their marketing director, overseeing everything from corporate branding to website development. As an entrepreneur with a love for learning and professional growth, Sarah got her broker’s license and parlayed her experience to later start her own brokerage in 2009, Arete Estates, which would be acquired by Partners Trust in the summer of 2014.

Working with my wife, Giusy, together we bring years of marketing experience in selling real estate in the San Gabriel Valley since 1989. More than 95% of our business is repeat or referral business because we believe it's so important in developing honest, trustworthy relationships with our clients. We understand that when people buy or sell their home, people are entrusting the handling of their biggest investment and we treat it that way! I've been consistently ranked among the top producing real estate associates in Pasadena, and I've served as director for the Pasadena-Foothill Association of Realtors, as well as being a member of the Board of Realtors Political Action Committee and the Pasadena-Foothill Association of Realtors Strategic Planning Committee. Before I got involved in real estate, I played ice hockey at Brockport State University, I lived in Italy, France, Greece and Japan, and I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Psychology from the University of Santa Barbara. When I'm not working, I'm very involved and interested in health and exercise. Along with my wife, I have been featured in a number of workout videos over the years -- most recently in a set of 10 DVDs selling as an infomercial product called Peak Fit Challenge. I am an avid dog lover and am currently the proud owner of brother and sister Jack Russell Terriers, Piccolo and Dolce.

I started my full-time real estate career in 1995 and I love it. I believe that a good real estate agent is more of an educator than a sales person. Once every aspect of a transaction is discussed and understood, the client will decide whether or not the deal is right for them or not. I love negotiating for my clients and I have a deep understanding of real estate contracts, which always benefits my clients regardless of which side of the transaction we are on. I try to put myself inside the head of the people on the other side of the deal so I can anticipate what may come next. I am fortunate to work primarily by referral, so I have experience selling homes from Los Feliz to Malibu, as well as all of the San Fernando Valley. This gives me a broad understanding of the entire Los Angeles real estate market, not merely a select neighborhood.

I grew up in Highland Park in Northeast Los Angeles, but swiftly moved away for four years at 18 years of age to Providence, Rhode Island for college. Thinking the change in scenery would prove a healthy challenge and an opportunity for growth (which it was), I ultimately realized I could not permanently part with the Los Angeles weather and its approach to life. Since then, I have been back in Highland Park pursuing my instinctual aspirations within design and photography, balancing my parallel inclinations towards the digital and analog.

I have previously worked for various areas of design, which include production at a print shop, the billboard industry, and now Real Estate. It seems that I have always been gravitated to jobs that stimulated my interest in design, film, and technology. When I’m not in front of my computer designing, in my down time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I spend my leisure time going to record stores, watching movies, catching a soccer match or looking for my next DIY project.

Her personality and detailed knowledge of this field have given her an opportunity to excel in different areas within the real estate industry. As a Transaction Coordinator, she aided in the closing of numerous transactions representing millions of dollars in business, as a Licensed Assistant, she has coordinated inspections, showings, and held many open houses, as a California Notary Public, she has notarized loan paperwork and various other documents for clients, and as Office Manager, she has balanced books, calculated commissions, and kept entire Real Estate offices running smoothly. Her all-encompassing expertise of the real estate world has contributed to the rapid organization and growth of all firms of which she has been a part. Ayn's exceptional customer service skills and commitment to perfection have made her stand out and have taken her to a new level in her career; creating guidelines for a multitude of persons; such as real estate assistants, new transaction coordinators, and licensed agents to keep the files in compliance with the standards of the California Bureau of Real Estate and local, state, and national statutes.

I was born in the city of Torrance and lived there for most of my life. I attended El Camino Community College for several years before transferring to California State University, Fullerton and earning my B.A. in Sociology. I’ve worked many different jobs before finally deciding that my life is in real estate and I know that my past work experiences helped me grow into the person I am today. I started working for Partners Trust at their Brentwood location for almost a year before transferring to their La Cañada Flintridge office. I am happy to be a part of such a great company as Partners Trust. I recently moved to Pasadena and am happy to call it my new home with my wife. The night life in Pasadena and the surrounding cities are more than what we could ask for. Whether it be fine dining or just a night at the movies, we always find ourselves in an adventure.

Since the late 80's, I have lived in Southern California for most of my life and I am loving the weather, diversity and food this area has to offer. I graduated from the University of California Irvine with a degree in English and I got my start in real estate in 2004 assisting a top producing agent from Santa Monica. From there, starting in 2008, I went on to work for the legendary Billie Davis and learned from one of the best escrow officers in the history of Beverly Hills. I am very proud to bring that experience here to Partners Trust, which is filled with some of the most upbeat, talented, kindest and charismatic individuals I have ever met. Aside from real estate, one of my biggest passions in life is music and teaching young adults how to play percussion. I started learning how to play marching percussion during my freshman year in high school and I've been playing and teaching drums ever since. I have taught in such places like Huntington Beach, Bellflower, Hawaii and Wyoming. Throughout these teachings gigs, I was the Percussion Caption Head at my High School Alma Mater for 16 years. In my spare time when I am not working, I love providing private drum lessons, following the LA Lakers religiously, refining my basketball shooting touch, being interested in all things Japanese, identifying new places to eat, living a positive & healthy lifestyle, self development, reading, going to vegas, playing cards and hanging out with all of my friends and family. I lead a pretty busy and eclectic life, but I am in love with every single moment that it brings!

I am a California implant soon after college and immediately landed a position in a real estate firm. My expertise comes from a history of experience I have attained working with top producers and in boutique real estate companies in Los Angeles since 1996. I was head of the marketing department for a start-up real estate office based in Seattle, had a stint as Creative Director for a top producing team in Los Angeles, and was part of a dynamic marketing team in an LA-based real estate company. I joined the Administrative team of Partners Trust in 2009 and helped open our Beverly Hills office the year after. Now as part of the Operations Management team, I am involved in the many aspects of our day-to-day operations, including our expansion to Pasadena, Malibu, La Canada Flintridge and future office locations. I find it both challenging and fun, as the people I collaborate with are truly the best of the best in LA real estate. Outside of work, I love cycling, driving, cooking, and exploring our beautiful country with my wife and our two children. I have become a sort of social media reporter in my own right--posting reviews of places I have traveled, food I have enjoyed, and services I have come to appreciate. I also love anything and everything about cars. I am a sucker for summer movies, spy novels, and am a self-professed Apple fan boy.

I was born and raised in Pasadena and still live there today. I attended La Salle College Preparatory High School and graduated in 2010 to move on to California State University, Fullerton. While attending CSUF and working to get my degree, I was working as the weekend concierge for Partners Trust in the Pasadena Office. I received my B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing after 4 years and I am currently planning to go back to school to pursue my Master’s Degree. Following my undergraduate studies, I moved on from PT to work for the world’s largest technology distributor, Ingram Micro. After 10 months of working in the technology industry, I got lucky enough to receive the opportunity to pursue my true passion: Marketing. Ironically enough, this opportunity was with Partners Trust. I currently work out of PT Headquarters in Brentwood and I am truly lucky to be back with such an amazing company.

Throughout my career, I have maintained a reputation for developing trust, incubating new ideas, and developing solid relationships while embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth. I hold a bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and a Corporate Paralegal Certificate from the University of California Los Angeles. In my spare time I enjoy an eclectic mix of the good life: live music, reading, traveling, sports, great food, great drink, great friends, learning about new and different things, and my awesome family.

I was born and raised in northeast Wyoming until I moved to the Los Angeles area in 2004. For the first 17 years of my life, I lived in a town with a whopping population of 25 people (and about half of those people were my immediate family). Los Angeles is now my home, more specifically, Redondo Beach. What an amazing, crazy, life-altering change it’s been to move from a town of 25 people to a city of around 4 million people. I can now indulge in almost every interest in the world. In the Spring of 2010, I joined an inspiring and impressive group of people known as Team In Training (TNT), who raise money for cancer research for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I had no idea how much TNT would change my life. I am extremely proud to say that I have completed eight fun, wonderful seasons with the team, and in the past five years, have raised over $25,000 (and counting). TNT has kindled my passion for running, and now my greatest joy is having the ability to mentally and physically challenge myself by running full and half marathons. I ran my first marathon (the LA Marathon) in 2010, and since then, I have completed over 50 full and half marathons. My desire is to continue running and hopefully one day, run the Boston Marathon.

I come to Partners Trust Pasadena as a full time transaction coordinator after working at Remax Los Feliz for the last two years, and before that, as an agent at Sotheby's Realty in Los Feliz for the previous seven years. I am very excited to be part of the Partners Trust team and am looking forward to many enjoyable years here in Pasadena. My passions include tennis, theatre and, most importantly, my nine-year-old son, Carter.

There began my interest in Real Estate as I was fascinated with the process of purchasing a home. I still consider Pasadena my home and being able to work in this beautiful city has been a blessing. I have worked in Real Estate for over two years and recently began my journey with Partners Trust in the second half of 2014.
