We are pleased to announce that several members of the Partners Trust team will be attending and speaking at the California Realtor® Expo 2015 in San Jose, California. The event runs October 6-8 at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California and offers three full days of valuable and insightful seminars, and networking opportunities for California Realtors®.
Sarah Kosasky, Founding Partner and Manager of Partners Trust Malibu will be participating in the Broker Conference on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 in San Jose. Sessions include thought-provoking and strategic discussions with inspiring leaders from across the state. Sarah will be part of the “Managers Who Are Killing It” session at 10:20. Strategic Consultant Audie Chamberlain will be speaking at 2:40 with Blake Andrews, the founder of Giveback Homes, one of our three chosen charities with the Partners Trust Charitable Giving Fund on “The Power of Giving Back.” Other members of the Partners Trust leadership will also be in attendance.
On Thursday Audie Chamberlain will be presenting “The Ultimate Marketing Download” from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The presentation will show how to define your target customer, strategically connect through relevant content, and ultimately grow your business. You will walk away knowing how to position marketing as the key component of your online lead generation strategy.
Events also include a tech Tuesday that showcases the latest and greatest in real estate technology tips, tools, and best practices as well as special exchange with noteworthy Silicon Valley businesses about innovation, leadership, and finding success in unlikely places presented by C.A.R. CEO Joel Singer.
On Wednesday there will be a presentation on international investing and a presentation by C.A.R. Vice President and Chief Economist Leslie Appleton-Young on California 2020: What Lies Ahead for California’s Real Estate Markets? in which she speaks with four experts in the field of economics, finance, and real estate about the possible impacts of rising mortgage rates, affordability, worsening water shortage, the growing boomer/millennial divide, slowing price appreciation, and more. Wednesday will also feature a lunch with Peter Guber, chairman and CEO of Mandalay Entertainment Group, owner of the NBA franchise Golden State Warriors, and author of New York Times bestseller, “Tell to Win – Connect, Persuade, and Triumph with the Hidden Power of Story.” Thursday will also include a lunch event with Leslie Appleton-Young sharing valuable information and insight about next year’s California housing market.
