Partners Trust Named a Best Place to Work by LABJ for 8th Consecutive Year

For the eighth consecutive year, Partners Trust has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Nominees are evaluated based on a number of factors including workplace policies and practices, company philosophy, systems and demographics as well as an extensive employee survey.

There’s a reason why Partners Trust has been awarded this distinction every year since its founding in 2009. Beyond being the leading independent brokerage in Los Angeles, Partners Trust continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing its associates with an enriching environment, one that: rallies and supports the entire team, influences the real estate industry at-large, as well as positively impacts the Los Angeles community through charitable initiatives and events.

Through the Partners Trust Charitable Giving Fund, which raised $100,000 for six beneficiaries in 2016, our team of dedicated associates is able to make a great impact on the community. This year the fund committee organized events such as an in-office drive to benefit the Beauty Bus Foundation and the Black & White Charity Night, at which checks were presented to six Charitable Giving Fund Partners and further donations were raised.

Additionally, Partners Trust was named as a finalist in the coveted 2017 Inman Innovator Awards, which recognizes the most innovative brokerages in the country. The introduction of our Next Level Podcast and Openhouse, Partners Trust’s community outpost and experienced-based retail concept, are just a couple reasons why Partners Trust stands out amongst the pack.

“The company had an accomplished first quarter of 2017, ranking in the top 100 elite brokerages nationally on the REAL Trends 500,”noted Los Angeles Business Journal. “Employees are motivated by the company’s success, both in its field and in philanthropic endeavors.” Having merged with San Francisco-based Pacific Union International, the eighth largest brokerage in the U.S. in August 2017, and set to unify under the Pacific Union name this January, Partners Trust’s associates will soon have access to a vastly expanded network, new technology and marketing resources as well as proprietary research findings from Pacific Union’s celebrated economic forecasts. The company stands to be an even better place to work in 2018.
