This January, an unprecedented event in Los Angeles real estate will take place when two of L.A.’s powerhouse brokerages, Partners Trust and John Aaroe Group, unite with Pacific Union International, creating The Ultimate California Real Estate Company.
In anticipation of the forthcoming unification of brands, real estate professionals from 17 offices across the east and west side of Los Angeles came together for a series of four events, garnering a sneak peek at the January rollout from their executive team. Pacific Union International CEO Mark McLaughlin kicked off each event sharing his vision for creating the real estate company of the future. Mark expressed his commitment to Pacific Union real estate professionals and staff members in Southern California, and his vision for offering a client experience that is unparalleled in the industry.
Pacific Union’s Southern California Chief Marketing Officer, Heidi Hockenberry, took to the stage and shared a sneak peek of the the company’s branding and a tease of its 2018 first quarter ad campaign, set to launch in January. Hockenberry also revealed some of the proprietary tools in Pacific Union’s marketing arsenal, and their extended opportunities for global reach.
President of Pacific Union International’s new development arm The Mark Company, Alan Mark, shared insight into their specialized platform and offered a sneak peek at developments in the works, including Oceanwide Plaza, a $1-billion mixed-use development in Downtown Los Angeles.
Partners Trust CEO, and now member of the Pacific Union Southern California executive team, Nick Segal, ended each event, inspiring fervor for the new brand and the offerings it brings, not only for the company’s associates, but the clients they serve. “Beyond the numbers—the number one independent brokerage in California and 18 billion in sales projected for 2018—we are a union of powerful individuals that demonstrate professionalism and caring for each of the clients which we have the pleasure to serve,” Nick said.
As excitement stirs across Los Angeles, Partners Trust is looking forward to a new chapter, working alongside old friends and new colleagues while serving Southern California better than ever before.
