On Sunday, September 24, Partners Trust associates, friends and family will join together to make significant strides toward a cure for Alzheimer’s. Each year since its founding, Partners Trust has seen commendable involvement from its associates and partners in the national Walk to End Alzheimer’s with The Judy Fund, an impactful fundraiser that ignites awareness around a disease that disproportionately affects women worldwide and advocates for necessary congressional change.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is but another crucial step in raising means and awareness for those suffering from disease and promoting survivorship for future generations. Help Partners Trust reach its goal to raise $50,000 for The Judy Fund by registering, donating and setting up your own team. After creating a profile, you will be able to invite family and friends to donate via your profile.
The Judy Fund, one of the PT Charitable Giving Fund’s first beneficiaries, is the fastest growing family fund in the history of the Alzheimer’s Association, founded in part by Elizabeth Gelfand Stearns—wife of Founding Partner Richard Stearns. In fact, the organization’s research and impactful initiatives played a major role in the senate’s historic $400 million funding toward Alzheimer’s research in 2016.
On September 24, Partners Trust will walk in support of those battling from the disease. Together, we can make a formidable impact in the search for a cure.
