Variety, one of the most widely-read magazines in the Los Angeles entertainment industry, has released their annual list of Showbiz Real Estate Elite for 2017. This coveted canon of brokers features the current “Mavens of the Market,” showcasing the best of the best in Los Angeles.
This year, Partners Trust is honored to have eight Founders and Associates named to Variety’s enviable list: Madison Hildebrand, Hugh Evans III, Nick Segal, Richard Stearns, F. Ron Smith, David Berg, Greg Holcomb, and Cassandra Petersen.
In the Showbiz Elite feature, each selected Partners Trust Founder and Associate is commended for his/her real estate triumphs. The article lauds Hildebrand’s marketing of “the lifestyle of the community,” Segal’s listing of Johnny Depp’s five penthouses, Smith & Berg’s $224 million in sales in 2016 alone, Stearns’ sale of Atticus Ross’ Laurel Canyon home, and Evans’ price-per-square-foot record in Pacific Palisades. Holcomb and Petersen, too, are recognized for their placement on the Showbiz Real Estate Elite list for four years running.
Additionally, Partners Trust CEO Nick Segal offers his insight into the current real estate market and prevailing trends throughout Los Angeles: “We have steady demand for uber luxury in Los Angeles and $68 million sales are starting to become a more normalized aspect of our market reality.” Thus, while each Associate and Founder has already accomplished a great deal, they are continuously going above and beyond to enhance their presence and the renown of Partners Trust.
Congratulations to each Showbiz Elite, and a big thank you to Variety for the esteemed recognition.
