I am a third generation realtor; I think real estate is in my DNA. From looking through listing books in my grandparent’s office to evaluating properties with my top producing mother, I have been exposed to this industry since I was a child.
I was born in Southern California, moved to New York and Colorado, my family settling in San Marino, CA for my High School years. I earned a degree in Business Economics from UCSB and hold a CPA certificate. I worked at Price Waterhouse in Public Accounting, always keeping an eye on the Pasadena Area real estate market, buying, fixing and selling many times. After leaving public accounting and starting a family with my husband Michael, I opened “Motif” with Stephanie Miller. Together we ran this successful home accessories store in Pasadena for 10 years and I did consultations and interior design for customers.
In 2008, with the economy in shambles, I committed to a full time career in residential real estate. With my mother as my mentor, I was fortunate to work beside her and her clients. It was a tough market environment but a great time to learn. With my previous careers under my belt, I felt well equipped to tackle the nuances of what it takes to be successful. In this business every transaction is different and you are challenged constantly in ways you never could have imagined. It can be exciting, it can be rough but it is rarely rote and boring.
My diverse skill set gives me a keen eye in preparing a home for sale and to see the potential in a home that needs some TLC. I have successfully represented both sellers and buyers with my willingness to understand their needs and strategize. Having always been in the service industry I place my client’s satisfaction as my main goal and realize that it is my privilege to become their trusted advisor.
While at Coldwell Banker, I was a member of the Sterling Society and the International Presidents Council. In November 2014, I became an associate partner at Pacific Union Pasadena.
When not working, I am involved with Cancer Support Pasadena and causes which aid vulnerable people with basic needs. I love to travel to far away places and can often be found at Lake Arrowhead with my family and friends, water skiing, hiking, paddle boarding or walking with my German Shepherd, Jazzy.
I have had the real pleasure of having LeAnn Healy and Fran Benuska as my realtors on two recent occasions. LeAnn and Fran carefully and accurately priced my home in Altadena for a prompt sale and then managed all of the important sale details to a clean closing of escrow. LeAnn also was my realtor for a condominium purchase in Pasadena. The condo purchase included bidding against other buyers but, with good comparable sale information plus great advice from LeAnn, we were able to craft a winning bid. Closing the sale thereafter was again efficiently managed by LeAnn. I will use LeAnn again for my next real estate transaction and, as I have already done several times, recommend her to others who demand prompt, professional advice and attention to detail.

When we recently decided to sell our family home of 30 years there was never a doubt we would ask LeAnn Healy and her talented team to represent us. She used her classic CPA training and intimate knowledge of the market to guide us through the complexities of pricing; her design expertise with staging; and, her intellect to negotiate offers/counter offers. Moreover, her extremely pleasant personality made the intricacies of the escrow process a breeze. LeAnn Healy is a world class real estate agent and receives our highest recommendation to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

We would give LeAnn 10 stars! We were looking for a home to buy in a very difficult market. She was on top of the search from day one, screening potential listings and accommodating our schedule to tour potential properties. LeAnn was also terrific at helping us see the possibilities of the homes we viewed and was extremely patient throughout the process. The fact that we were able to purchase our home in a very competitive situation is a testimony to LeAnn's market knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to work closely with all parties to ensure a smooth and quick closing.

Fran Benuska, LeAnn Healy and Stephanie Miller are a fantastic team who put their client's best interests first. They were available on and off work hours. They took on responsibilities no other realtors would have. Through the whole process they were professional and acted with integrity. There are few people as honest and trustworthy as these women. I highly recommend them.

Selling the family home is never easy. It felt quite overwhelming. LeAnn and came right in, assessed what needed to be done and arranged it all. In no time my home was on the market... and sold for more than expected ! Immediately we began looking for a new home. Again, there was LeAnn showing us every possible property. Within weeks we found our new dream home. Between the selling and the buying we felt completely taken care of and listened to. Between the two realtors there is a sense of knowledge and professionalism that comes with great experience. We are still basking in our good fortune in this difficult market.
Sold a home in 2017 in North Central, Pasadena, CA 91104.
LeAnn went above and beyond in helping me sell my home. I was dealing with some significant health issues and was under a fairly strict timetable in which I needed to sell my home. LeAnn took control on my behalf and handled every aspect of the sale of my home - from staging to getting it listed to managing negotiations with several other realtors. To say that LeAnn did a great job would be an understatement. She went way above and beyond for me. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, proactive and professional realtor.
Bought a Condo home in 2017 for approximately $625K in South, Pasadena, CA.
LeAnn was great from start to finish! We were first-time buyers and she patiently answered all of our questions. She was readily available and always willing to meet us at homes or at her office. She's also just a kind person, and you can tell she really cares for her clients. We are so appreciative of LeAnn!
Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $1.15M in Mid Central, Pasadena, CA.
We had a wonderful experience working with LeAnn on the sale of our home. The listing demanded that she work really fast, as the market in our area was on fire! She got everything done 1-2-3, and the house sold in less than a week. Multiple offers complicated the process, but she walked us through each step to make sure that we got the best possible buyer for our home. She also represented us on the purchase of our new home. During that transaction she displayed patience and tenacity in dealing with the sellers, and remained a true professional the entire time!
Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $2.325M in South, Pasadena, CA.
After 48 yeas in our family home it was time for me to downsize which obviously meant selling our home. I know LeAnn and have great respect for her so it was an easy choice. From our initial conversation regarding the sale I had complete trust in LeAnn and her advice. She made the sale/relocating as smooth as possible. She was in constant communication, most helpful with challenges when they arose (they always do) and most of all provided wise counsel and support every step of the way. As a result my house sold within a week (with only brokers open house) and we had three back up offers. In the mist of putting house on the market she found a lovely condo for me and helped me navigate the leasing process. LeAnn knows the market, is honest and very knowledgeable - I highly recommend her.
Bought a Condo home in 2016 for approximately $400K in El Sereno, Los Angeles, CA.
LeAnn walked me through the process, was ready to answer all my questions, got paperwork submitted on time, and found me a home in less than a month. With her experience and persistence she was able to negotiate with the seller's agent to ensure they took my offer amidst a dozen others. If you found a home and don't want to lose it, or need help looking, call LeAnn.
Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.825M in East Village, San Marino, CA.
We had an excellent experience with LeAnn Healy in selling our San Marino property. She was outstanding in gauging the market for pricing. Her handling of multiple offers and maximizing the purchase while getting the home sold in a timely fashion was excellent. We appreciated her immediate replies to our questions. And her guidance through the sales prep and sales process were very welcome. She clearly has good relations with the real estate community in the area and would be an outstanding choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property in San Marino and the adjacent market.
Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in San Gabriel, CA.
This is our first home buying experience and we couldn't be happier to work with LeAnn. LeAnn was great from beginning to the end. She was reponsive, kind, knowledgable, experienced, and humorous. When a small problem came up, she found creative ways to fix them (i.e. Thompson Jr.). When we needed a referral for a different lender and an inspector, she came thru with solid recommendations. Just the whole experience was completely easy and pleasant. Highly highly recommended.
