Emilia Aldana Realtor

For Associate Partner Emilia Aldana, the world of real estate fit like a glove the moment she decided to pursue it as a career, bringing her love of architecture, economics, and customer service experience together in a most opportune and meaningful way. An independent self-starter, Emilia genuinely loves cultivating business and helping people realize their real estate goals, whether that entails handing them their first set of keys or seeing their profit grow from their home investment.

Los Angeles’s dynamic pulse and rich architectural landscape captivate Emilia as much today as they did when she first moved to the city from her hometown of San Diego at the age of nineteen. Having worked a string of clientele-based, high-end retail positions (Saks, Nordstrom, Cole Haan), Emilia learned how to effectively communicate with, attend to, and decipher what her customers wanted, skills that serve her well as she’s showing homes and holding open houses. With eleven years of experience in the real estate industry—working in several different capacities—Emilia fully understands all sides and complexities of the fast-paced business and relishes in putting that knowledge to work for her clients.

Upon joining the top-producing team at Partners Trust, Emilia stated that it was one of the smartest moves she had ever made, specifying the company’s entrusted image, ethical bedrock upon which it was founded, and impressive market share.

“The key to manifesting what you want is to tailor your words to honor what your goal is, believe those words, and make your actions follow suit.”

Emilia lives with her husband and three beautiful children in South Pasadena, a town known for its storybook setting brimming with architectural homes. In addition to contributing to South Pasadena Middle School, South Pasadena Little League, and the South Pasadena Educational Foundation, Emilia donates a percentage of every sale back to her kids' school (Arroyo Vista Elementary) in South Pasadena. When the opportunity arises, her family will dash to Santa Barbara—Emilia’s “second home”—to take in the dramatic scenery and local wine culture.
