Austin Brasch has honed his approach to real estate, one that begins and ends with valuing the opinions of his clients above everything else. Having grown up on the westside of Los Angeles, Austin is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods of Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Brentwood, where he works alongside one of Pacific Union's original associates, Darlene Hutton and Associate Partner Andrew Buss out of their Brentwood office. Collectively, his real estate team performs a lot of business on the westside, yet they are not geo-centric, which bodes well for those looking to buy and sell. Individually, Austin isn’t one to shy away from any form of networking—his very first sale was accomplished by door knocking—and continues to demonstrate that “old school” tactics are still relevant and effective in earning new clients.

When reflecting on what attracted him to Pacific Union, Austin sites the boutique company’s stellar reputation, resources, collaborative outlook, and their discerning mentality when it comes to on-boarding new associates. Prior to real estate, Austin worked in marketing and business development for a web incubator, which lead to a role managing sales and business development for a manufacturer of mobile, audio, and video game accessories selling to the who’s who of big box retailers (Target, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.).
An avid outdoorsman, Austin makes several trips a year to Colorado, to experience the best that the summer and winter seasons have to offer. He also wouldn’t mind returning someday to the southern region of Spain—where he once studied—to own a wine bar and sail the world.
