A Los Angeles native, I have a finely honed understanding of the city's various neighborhoods and geographical nuances. With a profound appreciation of architecture and sincere enjoyment of working closely with clients and colleagues, I am able to better understand and serve clients' needs. I am deeply committed to listening carefully to clients' desires and striving to exceed clients' expectations.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate investment, development and sales, I understand the real estate business from every angle. Through previous positions in sales and marketing with an emphasis on the online arena I have also culled a deep understanding of the digital space. Possessing in-depth knowledge of new media platforms and a variety of online resources, and with 80% of buyers beginning their home search online, I offer a unique and modern perspective and the ability to expose your property to the widest range of qualified buyers.

I went to college at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I enjoy surfing, playing guitar and cooking. I currently live in Santa Monica with my wife Rebecca and our dog Ollie.

With an eye towards better meeting the needs of my clientele, I have obtained an additional certification as a recognized California Department of Real Estate Negotiator.
