Mia Shin
I have been working in new constructions and re-sales since 1995 both in San Francisco and Los Angeles. I was born in South Korea, raised in Santa Monica and La Jolla, which I call my home away from home. However, I thrive in the high paced energy of the Wilshire Corridor and its neighboring Century City, an area quickly emerging as an architectural force on par with many international cities.
I have lived and worked in the Wilshire Corridor and Century City area for over 15 years specializing in its convenient lifestyle, which caters to those who love to pick up and go. Many of my clients hail from around the world and prefer to live in a vertical luxury estate that offers a secure, high-end space that can be locked up with minimal maintenance while they are away in another part of the world.
The energy and the excitement of this neighborhood is where the majority of my clients feel at home because of its convenience and its proximity to businesses and entertainment. I am truly blessed to work in this specialized field of residential real estate known as Common Interest Developments.
