Lisa Kirshner
A native Southern Californian, I was raised on the Westside and currently reside in Santa Monica. Having lived in Brentwood, Palisades, and Santa Monica, I have a great deal of knowledge of the different communities and love to explore the various neighborhoods.
I graduated from USC Business School with a degree in marketing and worked as a marketing manager for an international company prior to my entry into real estate.
After 22 years of experience working in this industry, I know that real estate is about the people, the relationships and most of all, it's about service. It's that philosophy upon which I've built my entire business. As the Manager of the Brentwood office here at Partners Trust I am able to build relationships with clients, while also truly being a part of the team and helping other Realtors.
I focus on building relationships, not transactions. I believe in building trust. I am very comfortable telling clients that a house isn't right for them; even if they say they're in love with it. I believe a house is the biggest investment most people ever make, and my job is to guide them through the process. It is this focus on developing client relationships, based on trust and respect, which has allowed me to maintain a strong client base that return time and again.
I am known in the community as a real estate professional with the utmost integrity, confidentiality, knowledge and dedication. I am a strong and creative marketer, a tough negotiator and a passionate, loyal individual. As such, I work closely with my clients maintaining open communication throughout each transaction. I listen to what they want; I work for what they need.
