When I started my real estate career in 1990, we had pagers instead of cell phones, huge computers with 6-inch screens that displayed everything in green instead of laptops, and iPads, Blackberries, and Bluetooth were still relegated to sci-fi novels.
Much has changed since then. Google, Apple, and YouTube have practically taken over the digital world and have created online platforms that are now poised to help home buyers and sellers like never before. Because home buying and selling can be extremely complex and stressful, I pride myself in my ability to navigate my clients through this process with a finely tuned combination of education, organization and communication. By utilizing all three of these tools, I strongly believe my clients make good, informed decisions.
Today's real estate market is in constant flux, making it that much more important to stay current with the various programs, lending and market trends, and industry news. As such, I am a HAFA Certified Associate and am qualified to properly handle short sales transactions and loan modifications.
On my home front, I have been married for 20 years, have two children, and have lived in the same house for over 15 years. I am extremely involved at the community level where I support the local schools and various charities, including JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). I am also a proud Alumnae and supporter of UCSB.
