David Berg
Most people call me "Berg". I was raised in Los Angeles and after graduating with a business degree from the University of San Francisco, I moved to the Westside and started my career in real estate.
Real estate is a profession that I embrace and find immensely satisfying. I set the bar high on professionalism and attention to detail and I pride myself on my strong negotiating skills. My goal in each transaction is to keep everything calm and professional while maintaining the highest level of integrity and successfully managing expectations.
Outside of your straight-forward real estate transactions, I have experience representing receivership estates, bankruptcy sales, trust sales, short sales and bank owned properties. I have represented the interests of several Banking Institutions, Communication Workers of America, Los Angeles Leadership Academy and The Florence Crittenton Foundation, to name a few. Additionally, I have represented the interest of celebrities and many high net-worth notable business people in the city of Los Angeles.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am an avid sports fan and especially love the Los Angeles Kings. I am a rare Angeleno in that I've played ice hockey for most of my life. When time from business permits, I paint in my home studio in Westwood.
